A software company, not a brokerage
Jcom Technologies is a software company. We build a trading engine: the core machinery that executes orders, calculates margin, distributes market data and keeps account state, and the platform around it that people actually touch. A brokerage licenses that technology, puts its own name and design on it, and runs its Forex and CFD business on top.
That means the firm you open an account with is not us. It is a brokerage that chose our technology. The engine underneath is shared across every deployment. The brand, the design, the pricing, the instrument list and the rules are the broker's own. What the technology consists of is on Platform Overview.
We are based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and we sell to one kind of customer: a firm that is launching a brokerage, or moving an existing one onto a platform it can actually control.
Where our role ends and the broker's begins
Jcom provides software. The licensee brokerage runs the business. It owns the client relationship, it opens and approves accounts, it receives, holds and transfers client money, it sets pricing, and it is responsible for its own licensing and compliance in every market it operates in. We never hold client funds, and we are not a party to the agreement between a trader and their broker. See Compliance and Oversight.

A firm launching a brokerage
You have the entity, the payment rails and the go-to-market plan, and you do not want to spend two years and an engineering team building a platform before you can take a first client. You license one and launch on your own brand.
A firm re-platforming
You already run a brokerage and the current system is the constraint: no real back office, no control over the client experience, or a vendor who will not change anything. You want the operational tooling and a stack you can shape.
